What is your return/refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee provided all TouchPoints™ components (TouchPoint™ devices, clips, couplers, and charging cable) are returned undamaged and in working factory condition. The 30-day countdown is upon receipt of the package. If 30 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange. All sales are final after 30 days.
Returns that are postmarked within 30 days of receipt of package are accepted.
All orders placed between November 10th-December 21st will have an extended 60 day money back guarantee.
Proof of purchase is required for eligible returns.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I return my devices?
Contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling +44 1531 820 511 within 30 days of receiving your purchase and we will help you process the return.
If you are returning your device for a refund, you will need to pay for return postage at your local post office.
