Use for 30 minutes before a speech, game, test, or any other type of performance to help you stay focused and relaxed.
When you start feeling angry or irritated, put TouchPoints on and leave the situation if possible. Leave TouchPoints on until you feel more calm.
The purple setting on TouchPoints Basic correlates with the anger setting on TouchPoints Original.
Use for 10-15 minutes at the onset of a cravings to help curb bad habits.
