What is your return/refund policy?
Touchpoint Europe offer a 30-day trial.
Provided all TouchPoints™ components (TouchPoint™ devices, couplers, and charging cable) are returned undamaged and in working factory condition your refund can be performed. The 30-day countdown is upon receipt of the package. If 30 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange. All sales are final after 30 days.
Any Shipping charges incurred are non-refundable under the terms of this trial, this includes postage paid on the order and any associated costs of returning the devices within the 30 day trial period.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of package. Please note £10.00 will be deducted from the refund amount for the wristbands which are non refundable for reasons of hygiene.
Please note: Returns will be processed within 14 days of being received.
All sales are final after the 30 days.
Do you offer replacements?
Yes! The 2-year limited manufacturer’s warranty covers all manufacturer’s defects for one year from purchase.
For defective product replacements, the customer will be given 30 days upon the receipt of the replacement product to return for refund. Only returns that are postmarked within 30 days of receipt of replacement product are accepted.
TouchPoints Insurance covers any damages (loss is not covered) outside the manufacturer’s warranty for one year from purchase.
Replacements can also be purchased individually.
Can I cancel my order if it hasn't shipped?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order if your order has not already been shipped.
How do I return/cancel my order?
Contact us by emailing email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your purchase and we will help you process the return.
