Use at night for 15 minutes in bed before falling asleep. If you don’t fall asleep in 15 minutes, you can keep using the TouchPoints for a longer period of time. Don’t worry if you fall asleep and the TouchPoints™ keep running. They will auto shut off when the batteries run out of charge.

The slow speed setting on TouchPoints™ basic correlates with the sleep pre-setting on TouchPoints™ original.
